This special bookplate was specifically designed for us by the artist Kevin Sprouls, who created the famous Wall Street Journal “hedcut” portrait style.  This image is a deliberate homage to the great bookplates done by the painter and illustrator Rockwell Kent. The one Sprouls created for Joe is an image of Joe in his library surrounded by books.
